The Trustee

The Trustee of the Gold Fund is Provident Insurance Company Limited, a leading private insurance company in Ghana. When an investor buys a unit, money is essentially entrusted to the Trustee who ensures that it is managed in accordance with the Fund’s investment objectives.
The primary goal of the Trustee is to protect the interest of the investor. The rights and obligations of a Trustee is strictly regulated by law. Both the Manager and Trustee are obligated to act in good faith on behalf of the unit holder. Both the Manager and the Trustee are accountable to the Ghana Securities and Exchange Commission.
